NWF+ offers free content as well as premium content available through paid subscription plans (VIP). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available on the App, including but not limited to movies, TV shows, short dramas, videos, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of The New World Films or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;

• Share, distribute, or publicly display content from the App without authorization;

• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions;

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App;

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Content Availability

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content available on the App at any time without prior notice. Content availability may vary by region. We do not guarantee that any specific content will be available at all times.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the App, its users, or our business. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The New World Films shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
