What Data Will Be Deleted

When you submit a data deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account profile information (name, email address, password)

• Watch history and preferences

• Saved lists and favorites

• Search history

• Device and usage data associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction and billing records (retained for tax and accounting purposes)

• Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest)

Open the NWF+ app → Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.

Option 2 — Request by email

Step 1: Send an email to support@thenewworldfilms.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Step 2: Include the following in your email:

• The email address associated with your NWF+ account

• Your full name

• A brief statement requesting deletion of your data

Step 3: We will verify your identity and send you a confirmation email.

Step 4: Once verified, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Please note: Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to your account, subscription history, watch history, and all saved content. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting data deletion.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your data deletion request has been completed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 days, please contact our support team.
